We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency expanding our delivery team. We’ve locked in our social media media buyers, and now we are looking for a brilliant, data-driven SEO/SEM Strategist to join our fully remote global team. If you know how to conquer the first page of Google through both organic ranking and strategic paid search, we want you.
This is a 100% remote contract/casual role (ranging from 6–30 hours per week depending on project load) with competitive hourly pay in AUD.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Lead technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and strategic content planning to drive organic growth.
- SEM/Google Ads Management: Build, optimize, and scale Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns alongside our media buying team.
- Link Building & Authority: Develop and execute clean, high-quality backlink and outreach strategies.
- Technical Setup & Analytics: Comfortably navigate Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to track conversions seamlessly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Dual Expertise: Proven experience running both comprehensive SEO campaigns and high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of industry tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Fluent English: Exceptional written and spoken English is a must. You will need to explain complex search strategies clearly on video calls.
- AEST Availability: Must be fully available for internal syncs and client video meetings/phone calls during standard AEST business hours.
Please be prepared to provide screenshot evidence or video walkthroughs of: Organic traffic growth (Google Search Console/Analytics dashboards) you personally achieved. Google Ads dashboards demonstrating strong conversion numbers and optimized CPA.
Pay: $28.00 – $48.00 per hour
