We’re looking for an experienced Barista + Café Supervisor to take on a key role in our team!
- Working days: 3 - 4 days a week (including Sunday)
- Consistent weekly roster
- Long-term role (6+ months commitment)
This is a higher-responsibility role for someone confident running a café floor and supporting daily operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3+ years barista experience
- Latte art is a MUST
- Strong coffee knowledge & consistency under pressure
- Ability to lead shifts and guide junior staff
- Hands-on café operations experience (stocktake, ordering, prep, maintenance, etc.)
- Ability to take ownership of daily service flow and standards
- Reliable, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily café operations during shifts
- Ensuring coffee quality and service consistency
- Supporting and training team members on shift
- Managing stock, supplies, and basic ordering
- Maintaining cleanliness, equipment checks, and café presentation
- Helping improve overall workflow and efficiency
