We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Builders Cleaner to join our growing cleaning business on a casual basis.
This role is ideal for someone looking for additional work and flexibility, with the potential to start with approximately one clean per week and build up to as many as four cleans per week as work becomes available.
About the Role
You will be responsible for cleaning newly built homes, preparing them to a high standard for handover. This is a physically demanding role that requires someone who is comfortable working efficiently and meeting time pressures.
You will generally be working independently, so the successful applicant must be self-motivated, reliable and able to manage their time effectively without constant supervision.
As you will be working on new build homes, there may be occasions where other trades are working on the property at the same time. You must be comfortable working around other contractors and tradespeople in a construction environment.

About You
The successful applicant will:
- Have a current White Card, or be willing to obtain one within 2 weeks of commencing
- Be reliable, hardworking and physically fit
- Be comfortable working independently
- Be flexible with working hours and dates
- Be comfortable working alongside other trades on new build sites
- Be able to work efficiently and meet time pressures
- Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in their work
- Have reliable transport and a current driver's licence
- Be available for casual work and able to communicate their availability clearly
Previous builders cleaning or commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right applicant.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
