About the Role
They are seeking an energetic individual to lead their retail pharmacy offer. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer care. This role focuses on business growth, operational efficiency, and community connection. Key Responsibilities
· Drive Sales: Foster sales growth through brand merchandising, promotions and customer loyalty program.
· Manage Stock: Control inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
· Ensure Compliance: Assist with maintaining QCPP standards.
· Deliver Service: Provide expert OTC advice and health solutions.
· Daily Operations: Oversee floor presentation and point-of-sale systems, lead other retail staff and liaise with supplier representatives.
What We Look For
· Qualifications: Certificate II in Community Pharmacy or higher is desirable.
· Experience: 2+ years in retail and/or pharmacy is desirable.
· Skills: Strong communication, computer skills and merchandising abilities.
· Systems: Proficiency with POS and pharmacy software (e.g. Med Advisor, Z Software).
· Attributes: Strong work ethic, uses initiative, team player.
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
