We are looking for an Experienced Chef to join our friendly and supportive team at HanOk Boxhill.
We are seeking someone with solid kitchen experience who is confident working in a busy restaurant environment. Experience and confidence in wok cooking is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard
- Confidently handle wok cooking during service
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep
- Maintain food quality, presentation and portion standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and safe
- Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a chef or cook
- Strong wok cooking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends
