- Has previous butchering experience
- Is confident with meat preparation, cutting and presentation
- Takes pride in quality and keeping a clean workspace
- Is reliable, motivated and can work well independently
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and is happy to have a laugh while getting the job done
