Field Support Customer Service & Sales Representative – Brisbane/Gold Coast QLD

TAG has proudly led the industry for over 25 years with our successful On-Site Customer Service & Sales Program, partnering with leading car dealerships across Australia. We’re now seeking a Field Support Representative to join our team, covering multiple dealership sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, on-the-road position where no two days are the same. You’ll step in to support various dealership service departments, engaging with customers both over the phone and face-to-face to offer tailored products and services that enhance their vehicle’s performance and protection.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity across sites, bringing energy, professionalism, and results wherever you go.
No automotive experience? No problem! We provide full, paid training and ongoing support from company management.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, friendly communicator who can quickly build rapport
- Highly reliable, proactive, and adaptable to new environments
- Flexible and comfortable travelling between locations
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience (advantageous)
