We are currently looking for an Export Freight Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team based at our Sydney Olympic Park office.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating export shipments by both air and sea from start to finish, ensuring products are delivered efficiently, compliantly and on time across international markets. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service standards.
This role operates Thursday to Monday, including weekend coverage, with public holiday support shared on a rotating basis across the team.
What does your week look like?
Coordinating export shipments by air and sea from start to finish to ensure products are delivered in full and on time
Liaising with freight forwarders, transport providers, customers and internal teams to maintain smooth export operations
Preparing and coordinating international shipping documentation in line with import/export compliance requirements and deadlines
Monitoring service KPIs and ensuring country-specific trade and documentation requirements are met accurately
Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing timely updates and escalating operational issues where required
Reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy and coordinating credit notes or revised invoices when discrepancies arise
Supporting weekend domestic delivery coordination, working closely with transport providers and operational teams to ensure successful execution
Assisting with ad-hoc freight and logistics activities to support the efficient operation of the wider Supply Chain team
Maintaining accurate records, shipment updates and operational documentation across the export process
Building strong working relationships across internal teams and external service providers to support a high level of customer service

What you’ll bring
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
1-2 years’ experience in a logistics or freight coordination role, ideally within international logistics
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders
Excellent planning and organisational capability
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
