About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Administrator to join our friendly, high-performing team for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (with the view to extend). Whether you are early in your career or looking to build on your existing experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
You’ll play an important role in keeping the team running smoothly handling enquiries, supporting clients, and assisting with day-to-day administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for many queries, helping direct them to the right people or resolving them yourself.

Answering calls and responding to email enquiries

Supporting clients and stakeholders during the claims process

Assisting the team with reports and general admin tasks

Managing inboxes and diaries
