Seeking a passionate competent support worker to provide holistic community-based care, in an existing supportive team to support a 29 year old young man with complex disability and medical needs to live in his own home allowing him to experience a greater level of independence and improved quality of life. With possible opportunities of team leader role for the right candidate.
Shifts can range from 4 hours to 10 hours across a 24hour period.
Casual employment with ongoing regular hours.
Above award rates offered for the right candidate.
Position Location is in Mawson Lakes

· Qualified and experienced Support worker.
· Personal care experience
· Positive, responsible and reliable professional that the client and other team members can depend on
· Strong communicator with well-developed organisational and time management skills
· Valid working rights
· A satisfactory Police Check

All medical intervention will be carried out by the RN but you will be asked to assist (as per provided training) in an emergency situation.
Pay: $45,109.00 – $91,650.00 per year
