The Role: Elevate the Experience
We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our bottleshop team. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Serve guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner, accurately process food, beverage, and bottle shop orders via the POS, and gracefully handle or escalate enquiries.
Venue & Retail Presentation: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across the floor, service counters, and bottle shop displays. Ensure tables are cleared promptly and retail shelves or fridges are neatly stocked and presented.
Menu & Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items and bottle shop stock to confidently guide guests and make recommendations. Listen and communicate clearly with the team to ensure efficient, seamless service.
Operational Teamwork: Assist in all Front of House (FOH) and bottle shop operations to keep the venue running smoothly. Support colleagues across various tasks, manage stock levels, and assist with general venue operations as required.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to internal policies, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations. Maintain a professional presentation, attend required training, and immediately report any hazards or incidents to the Manager on duty.
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Quick Service Restaurant, busy cafe, or bar) is desirable, but not essential.

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Current Food Handlers Certificate.
Chemform Training Certificate.
