We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and motivated Barista to join our team! In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide warm, attentive service
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and seating spaces
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Handle payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations
Requirements:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and standards
- Availability for weekends or early/late shifts as needed
