About the Role
This is a part-time, flexible role working closely with the founder, ideal for someone early in their fashion customer service career who wants real ownership. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers — answering enquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction feels warm and on-brand — while also coordinating behind the scenes to keep orders and stock moving smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries by email, keeping our tone warm, professional, and on-brand
- Coordinate between customer requests and stock/dispatch to keep orders moving and resolve issues quickly
- Keep stock organised and flag discrepancies before they become customer problems
- Support the founder across day-to-day coordination, wherever a hand is needed
- Spot ways to improve the customer experience as the brand grows
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Experience in a junior or entry-level customer service role, ideally within fashion or e-commerce
- Fluent English speaker, confident and well-spoken in writing and conversation
- Comfortable using Outlook for email management
- Reliable and organised, with a willingness to coordinate across different parts of the business
- To travel to our location (2147 area or nearby)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- A genuine interest in fashion and customer experience
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kings Langley NSW 2147
