We have an exciting new career opportunity for a
Sales Administrator to join our ANZ team. There will be opportunities for training and progression into a clinical sales representative/business development executive within the role in future.
Location : Office based - Suite 2/4 Charles Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150, Australia.
Contract Offered : Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours / Shifts : 40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, some flexibility will be required.
Salary Offered : Base $70,000 annum, plus superannuation.
What does this role involve?
This role is responsible for assisting management in growing sales, preparing quotes, forecasting and supporting customer queries via phone and email on our clinical sales team. The key duties of the role are:
- Support business growth in line with strategy, focusing on our clinical diagnostics range of products.
- Prepare customer quotes, completing market and competitor research and completion of product forecasting.
- Support the business manager in creating and compiling daily and monthly reports.
- Support the customer support inbox/phone line, answering general customer queries as required.
- Maintain a good knowledge of Randox and competitor products.
- Assist with ad hoc order entry and logistics duties as required during busy periods.
- Coordinate marketing and events initiatives in line with strategy
Who can apply?
Essential criteria:
- A bachelors degree or higher in a Biochemistry, Life Science, or Business-related discipline. Degree backgrounds in other disciplines may also be considered alongside any relevant work experience.
- Flexibility in your availability to meet business needs.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Currently have the unrestricted right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
Desirable:
- Previous sales experience.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Previous experience within a laboratory environment.
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Experience working towards KPIs, targets or deadlines.
