Cafe All-Rounder / Barista
Location: Ramsgate, NSW
Type: Casual / Part-Time (with opportunity for Full-Time)
We are looking for a FEMALE All-Rounder / Barista to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in customer service, and can confidently handle a variety of cafe duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with food preparation and dessert presentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the cafe
- Restocking displays, fridges, and supplies
- Opening and closing duties as required
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Ability to produce consistent coffee during busy periods
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for weekends and flexible shifts
