About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience bringing medical devices from concept through to commercial production. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to support the successful launch of new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing
- Assist in developing manufacturing processes, work instructions and V&V documentation
- Conduct verification testing of device prototypes and design iterations
- Participate in process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Production
- Assist with risk management and design control documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing
- Help troubleshoot production and process issues during product launch
- Contribute to technical files and regulatory applications for medical device market clearance
About You
- Recently completed degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong interest in medical devices and regulated environments
- Good understanding of engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Effective communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Internship or project experience in medical devices or manufacturing
- Exposure to ISO 13485 or regulated industries
- Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
- Understanding of validation and verification processes
