Sales Admin Full Time - Dandenong Location
Shisham Stanley Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Admin team member to join our growing business full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a well-established company.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams, assisting with customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and day-to-day sales administration.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organised and being part of a fast-paced team environment. This role requires the ability to multi-task and prioritise your day.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with phone and email sales enquiries
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Liaising with production and operations staff
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Following up leads and opportunities
- Managing our Martkeplace store, orders and enquiries
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good computer and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
