As we continue to grow and evolve, ARRCS have develop a new role and are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Manager – Residential Care to join our Executive leadership team.
The Opportunity
This exciting new role is more than an operational leadership role – This is an opportunity to influence the delivery of aged care services across multiple residential facilities in some of Australia’s most remote locations. You will shape strategic direction, build leadership capability and ensure outstanding outcomes for our residents, their families and the community.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide oversight of ARRCS residential aged care portfolio and lead our Residential Aged Care Managers who oversee each facility. You will work closely our Clinical Governance, Corporate Service and People and Culture teams to ensure ARRCS delivers excellent in care, compliance, workforce capability and financial performance.
You will be responsible for driving organisational performance whilst ensuring our services remain compliant, innovative, culturally appropriate, financially sustainable and aligned with ARRCS values.
What you will bring
You are a proven senior leader understands the complexities of aged care and can successfully balance clinical quality, operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
You will bring:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Significant experience leading multiple residential aged care facilities or large-scale healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams through change, growth and continuous improvement.
- A strong financial acumen, including budget oversight, knowledge into aged care funding models and operational performance management.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for improving the lives of older Australian’s and supporting the delivery of culturally safe care within regional and remote communities.

Your remuneration for this role;
ARRCS are offering the following remuneration package to the successful applicant:
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Gross annual salary of $190,000 PA plus superannuation.
- 4-weeks annual leave.
- Position to be based out of the Northern Territory, with preference to Darwin or Alice Springs.

Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 reimbursed following completion of 6-month probation.
