Warehouse & Equipment Coordinator
AWS Services is looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Equipment Coordinator to manage our small warehouse, tools, equipment and basic vehicle coordination.
This role would suit someone who is organised, practical and mechanically minded. A key part of the position will be ensuring our tools and equipment are accounted for, organised and kept in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain our small warehouse, tools, equipment and consumables
- Regularly check and test tools to ensure they are working correctly
- Identify faulty or damaged equipment and arrange repairs
- Carry out basic tool/equipment repairs where possible and within your experience
- Deliver and collect equipment from repair shops and keep track of items being repaired
- Prepare tools and equipment required by our construction project teams
- Receive deliveries and maintain stock levels
- Maintain accurate tool, equipment and asset records
- Operate a forklift as required
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Assist with company vehicles, including taking vehicles to mechanics for servicing or repairs when required
About You
- Current Forklift Licence – essential
- Current Driver Licence – essential
- Manual licence/ability to drive manual vehicles highly regarded
- Previous warehouse, stores, equipment or similar hands-on experience
- Mechanically minded with basic tool/equipment repair skills highly regarded
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic computer/inventory systems
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the warehouse

Pay: $37.00 – $47.00 per hour
