Mundaring Spectacle Maker has been part of the Perth Hills community for more than 30 years. As an independent practice, they take the time to get to know their patients, understand what they need and get the details right.
They're now looking to add another person to their team for 2-3 days per week. Part-time or casual can be discussed, with the potential to pick up additional days or increase your regular hours over time.
Optical experience would be ideal, but it's not essential. Full training can be provided for someone with the right approach and willingness to learn.
The role
You'll be one of the friendly faces’ patients meet when they visit the practice, helping create a personal and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your day will include:

Welcoming patients and managing appointments

Assisting with frame selection and eyewear recommendations

Processing orders and supporting day-to-day practice administration

Adjusting and troubleshooting eyewear

Helping patients with questions and finding practical solutions
