Café Team Member – Experienced & Energetic!
Location: Tweed City Shopping Centre

Hours: Flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends and school holidays
We’re looking for an energetic, friendly and motivated café team member to join our team!
We’re ideally looking for someone who already has coffee-making experience and is confident working in a busy café environment. You should be someone who brings positive energy to the team, enjoys talking to customers and takes pride in delivering great coffee and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quality coffee, Chillers and other beverages
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service
- Work confidently during busy periods
- Assist with food preparation and serving
- Maintain a clean and organised café
- Operate the POS and handle transactions accurately
- Work as part of a positive and energetic team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous coffee-making experience preferred
- Energetic, outgoing and friendly personality
- Great customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- Hospitality or café experience highly regarded
