We are seeking a passionate, well-connected, and results-driven Partnership and Growth Manager to help grow our participant base, build meaningful community partnerships, and expand the reach of our services.
About the Role
As a Partnership and Grown Manager, you will represent Rejoice Disability Services within the disability sector, developing strategic relationships that generate participant referrals and create long-term partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an established NDIS network who enjoys working independently while being rewarded for their performance. Flexible working arrangements allow you to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health Professionals, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), hospitals, rehabilitation centres, community organisations, discharge planners, and other referral partners.
- Identify and engage potential NDIS participants, families, carers, and community stakeholders.
- Develop and strengthen referral pathways to increase participant intake across Rejoice Disability Services.
- Promote our NDIS services through networking events, expos, community engagement, and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop and implement business development strategies that support sustainable organisational growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure participants receive exceptional, personcentred services.
- Prepare reports on business development activities, referral outcomes, and market insights.
About You
You are a motivated relationship builder who understands the NDIS landscape and is passionate about connecting participants with quality supports.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business development within the NDIS or disability sector.
- Existing professional networks with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health providers, hospitals, and community organisations.
- Proven ability to generate participant referrals and build strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, participant journey, and funding models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve growth targets.
- Current Driver Licence and willingness to travel when required.
- Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Community Services, Health, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with Supported Independent Living (SIL), Respite/STA, Community Access, or Support Coordination services.
- Established networks across NSW.
