As a Senior Case Manager – Supporting Recovery, you'll be key to our mission to enrich lives and strengthen communities. Working within our Community & Mission team, you'll provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented case management to victim-survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV), supporting people to move beyond crisis and achieve their recovery goals.

Your opportunity
As our Senior Case Manager – Supporting Recovery, you will provide specialist case management to victim-survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence who are in the recovery phase following crisis. Through comprehensive assessment, collaborative recovery planning, advocacy and service coordination, you'll empower clients to achieve meaningful recovery outcomes while ensuring services are delivered safely, ethically and in line with best practice.
You'll also provide leadership across the Supporting Recovery Program by mentoring case managers, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting complex decision-making that strengthens outcomes for both clients and the broader service.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented case management to clients with complex needs.
Lead the management of high-risk and complex cases while mentoring fellow practitioners.
Develop collaborative recovery plans through assessment, advocacy and coordinated service delivery.
Build strong partnerships with clients, CatholicCare, NSW Health and specialist agencies.
Contribute to continuous improvement and best-practice service delivery.
What you'll bring
You are an experienced, compassionate and resilient case management professional who thrives in complex environments and shares our values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Excellence.
You will also need:
University qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or Community Services.
Minimum three years' experience in family and domestic violence recovery case management.
Experience managing complex cases involving trauma, mental health and intersecting vulnerabilities.
Current NSW Driver Licence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally, you will also have:
AASW social work accreditation
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Knowledge of OOHC legislation and child protection practices.
Experience in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Confidence managing high-risk situations.
