This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated partnerships professional to manage a portfolio of key partner s , build strong and authentic relationships, and contribute to the delivery of brilliant experiences across Australian Cricket. You’ll work closely with partners, agencies, broadcasters, venues and internal teams to ensure contractual benefits are delivered, activations are executed successfully, and commercial outcomes are maximised.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Partnerships Lead, the Partnerships Lead will be responsible for the year-round management and delivery of a portfolio of partner agreements .
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Own delivery of partner ship agreement s and maximise contractual value.
Develop activation plans aligned to partner and commercial goals.
Build strong partner, agency and stakeholder relationships.
Deliver proactive, high-quality partner servicing.
Support retention and renewals through insights and value creation.
Turn market and partner insights into growth opportunities.
Lead match day rights delivery and partner activations.
C ontribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Some interstate travel may also be required for match day delivery and partner activity.
You will bring experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship, account management or a similar client-facing environment, ideally within sport, entertainment, media, events or agency settings.
You will be highly organised, commercially minded and motivated by delivering exceptional service. You’ll enjoy building strong relationships, managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and attention to detail are critical.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in a commercial partnerships, sponsorship, account management or agency environment.
Strong relationship management, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A proactive, service-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail.
Sound commercial judgement and an interest in developing your career in global sport.
The ability to think strategically, identify opportunities and support partner value creation.
Confidence working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and hit the ground running
Relevant tertiary qualifications will also be highly regarded.
