Make an Impact
As the Site Manager in Maroochydore, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of one of Endeavour Foundation's supported employment sites, delivering safe, efficient and commercially sustainable operations. Overseeing commercial services including document destruction, packaging, production and warehousing, you'll lead a busy operational team while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.
You'll foster a positive workplace culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement and person-centred outcomes. Working closely with commercial customers, contractors and internal stakeholders, you'll drive operational excellence, deliver strong commercial outcomes and support employees with disability to develop their skills and thrive in meaningful employment.

Key duties of this role are to:
- Lead the daily operations of the site, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Coach, mentor and develop employees and employees we support to achieve positive employment outcomes.
- Foster a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace health, quality and safeguarding requirements.
- Manage operational performance, productivity and service delivery against business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and community stakeholders.
- Monitor operational budgets, reporting and site performance to support commercial outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, productivity and customer experience.
- Support recruitment, workforce planning and employee performance across the site.
What you can bring to the team
You're a confident and approachable leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You enjoy developing people, solving problems and leading teams to achieve both operational and customer outcomes.
While experience within disability services is highly regarded, we're equally interested in leaders from manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, production, recycling or other operational environments who are passionate about developing people and creating positive outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience leading operational, manufacturing or frontline teams.
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
- Experience managing day-to-day operations in a busy environment.
- A commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Financial awareness with experience monitoring operational performance and budgets.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- A current Driver Licence.
- A forklift licence (desirable) or willingness to obtain.
You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
