The Organisational Development (OD) & Culture team help shape the environment for our people and business to thrive. In this role, you will partner with leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that build capability, strengthen culture and support organisational performance.
You will lead and contribute to initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including performance, engagement, development, change and employee experience. Combining strategic insight with practical delivery, you will help embed people practices that are aligned, effective and responsive to business needs

Every day is different! You'll make an impact by:
- Lead Organisational Development Initiatives,including the design and delivery of organisational development and learning programs that enhance effectiveness, capability, and alignment with business strategy.
- Drive Leadership, Performance & Talent Practices,by overseeing performance frameworks, talent reviews, and talent pipelining to build leadership capability and organisational strength.
- Shape Culture & Employee Experience, which includesleading engagement, culture & inclusion, and employee experience initiatives, using insights and data to strengthen engagement and belonging.
- Enable Change & Transformationby providing expert organisational development and change management support to drive transformation, build capability, and embed sustainable outcomes.
- Leverage People Insights,using data and analytics to inform decisions, improve programs, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organisational effectiveness.

- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading organisational development, talent, culture, change, or related people disciplines.
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide organisational development programs and initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
- A collaborative and growth mindset, to bring out the best in yourself and others while bringing new thinking to Urbis and our clients
- Passion for purpose-led work, and driving a positive legacy for our communities, clients and yourself
- Authenticity to foster respect, trust and advocacy in all your work interactions
- Confidence and decisiveness to drive high performance for yourself, others and our clients
- Innovation and creativity when solving complex problems
