Our facility is made up of two key areas - The Lodges and The Courts - each designed to provide specialised, high-quality aged care tailored to individual needs. About the role:
Provide strong clinical and operational leadership across Eventide Courts, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, person-centred care that enhances the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring resources, staffing, and services are effectively coordinated to meet legislative requirements, professional standards, and best-practice aged care outcomes.
Work closely with residents, families, clinicians, and key stakeholders, to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice while supporting innovation and excellence in care delivery.
Help influence the future of residential aged care by mentoring and developing staff, driving quality initiatives, and creating an empowering environment where teams can thrive and residents receive exceptional care.
About you:
It is mandatory requirement to hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA), with a current annual practising certificate. While not mandatory, postgraduate qualifications a related and relevant field will be highly regarded.
You are a confident and collaborative leader who thrives in multidisciplinary environments, with the ability to inspire, support, and develop teams while effectively managing people, resources, and service delivery outcomes.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and stakeholders while navigating complex situations with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
You are committed to continuous improvement and lifelong learning, using evidence-based practice, technology, and innovative thinking to enhance resident care, drive quality outcomes, and contribute to the ongoing success of the service.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $173,368 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $70.58 - $76.63 p.a.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
