Client Acquisition & Growth — Carlton Massage TCM
Commission-based | Flexible, remote/hybrid | ~10-20 hrs/week
Carlton Massage TCM is a growing acupuncture and massage practice in Carlton, Melbourne. We're early-stage and looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building things from the ground up — this is a chance to shape our entire client acquisition approach, not just plug into one that already exists.
Where we're at:
We have a live website, Google Business Profile, Instagram, and Facebook — a solid foundation, but no formal lead-generation process yet. That's where you come in.
The role:
You'll design and run the systems that bring new clients in. That means testing what actually works — partnerships, local outreach, referrals, ads, content — setting up a simple way to track and follow up on leads, and refining your approach as you learn what converts.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Building our first real lead-generation process from the ground up
- Setting up a lightweight system to track outreach and follow-up
- Identifying and pitching local partnerships
- Testing outreach methods (on-foot, phone, email, social) and doubling down on what works
- Reporting back regularly so we can build on what's working together
Who we're looking for:
- Someone energised by building something new, not just running an existing playbook
- Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go
- Creative and experimental — happy to test ideas and adjust quickly
- Confident communicator, self-managed, consistent without needing oversight
Pay:
40% commission per confirmed, attended booking (sessions priced $130-150, ~$50-60+ per booking).
Pay: $28.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
