Job Description: DJT Staffing Solutions is seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team of casual staff supporting various Childcare Centres.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a Cert III, Diploma, or those currently working towards their qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care. We also welcome international students to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care: Foster a nurturing and safe environment for children, catering to their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs.
- Implement educational programs: Participate in developing and delivering curriculum-based activities that support children's growth and development.
- Monitor and record progress: Assess and document children’s learning and development, sharing insights with parents and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members: Work effectively with other childcare staff to ensure a harmonious and collaborative environment.
- Uphold standards: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- Engage with families: Build positive and professional relationships with families, offering support and communication regarding their child's progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Candidates working towards these qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- International students welcome.
- Proven ability to engage with and nurture children effectively.
- Knowledge of child development and early education theories.
- Experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
