We’re looking for a baker to join our team at our bakery café in Hurstville.
Hours: 4:00am–8:00am (4 DAYS)
Opportunity to add more days in the future, as well as longer hours for additional prep work.
Roles & responsibilities include: Baking fresh stock for the day, including croissants, cookies, muffins, cakes, cinnamon scrolls and more
Following our daily baking roster and required quantities
Keeping the baking area clean and organised*
Completing stock counts at the end of the shift
Ensuring products are baked consistently and to our standards
Minimal baking experience is required — you don’t need to be a qualified baker. Experience in a bakery, café or commercial kitchen is a bonus. We’re looking for someone reliable, organised and comfortable with early starts.
Pay: $31.29 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
