What Will You Be Doing?
No two days are the same.
You might be:
- Supporting someone to attend appointments or community activities
- Helping someone build confidence to order a coffee independently
- Encouraging fitness, wellbeing and healthy routines
- Assisting with shopping, cooking and everyday living skills
- Supporting participants to engage in hobbies, interests and social activities such as our Brotherhood and Sistherhood Programs
- Building community connections and reducing social isolation
- Encouraging participants to achieve personal goals and increase independence

Essential Requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly Regarded
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health, Community Services or Aged Care
- Experience supporting people with autism, ADHD, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability or physical disability
- Relevant lived experience
- A proactive and positive attitude
