Level Hand
We are building our crew and looking for a solid Level Hand to join us.

We are looking for someone who knows their craft, wants to be part of a supportive team and is ready to help us deliver high quality asphalt projects across Melbourne.

About the role
As a Level Hand, you’ll play an important role in delivering quality paving outcomes by working closely with our paving crew to ensure every job is set up for success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and checking levels for asphalt paving works
- Assisting with site preparation and layout
- Working closely with the paver operator and crew to achieve quality finishes
- Identifying potential issues before they become problems
- Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area
- Supporting the crew wherever required to keep projects moving
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as an Asphalt Level Hand
- Strong understanding of asphalt paving practices
- Ability to read levels and work accurately
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Construction White Card
- Current driver’s licence

Pay: $38.00 – $43.00 per hour
