Miss Cater Café has established itself as a premier cafe and restaurant in Sydney CBD and looking for applications from experienced (minimum 3 years Full time) and passionate cooks to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:
* 3 years experience in professional kitchen.
* Cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
* Strong understanding of produce, stock control, culinary techniques & kitchen machinery and equipment.
* Reporting to the Head chef.
* Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Completely cook breakfast and lunch services.
* Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members.
* Maintain high standards and lead by example.
