About Us
Glenny Kebabs is one of Melbourne's fastest-growing quick service restaurant brands, with seven owner-operated locations across Melbourne's south-east.
We're looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about marketing and wants to gain valuable, hands-on experience working across hospitality, retail and digital marketing.
This is a structured learning opportunity designed to provide real-world exposure while working alongside our management team on live marketing projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Helping plan and coordinate new product launches
- Supporting loyalty, email and SMS marketing initiatives
- Conducting competitor and market research
- Assisting with customer engagement and database growth
- Helping coordinate local area marketing activities
- Analysing campaign performance and preparing reports
- Supporting social media and content planning
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in marketing, branding and business
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Highly Regarded
- Studying Marketing, Business or Commerce
- Experience using Canva
- Social media content creation
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
