As a Multimedia Videographer & Photographer, you'll manage the creative process from concept through to final delivery. Working across both photography and videography, you'll produce engaging content for guests, marketing campaigns, and special events while maintaining Hamilton Island's premium visual standards.

Capture exceptional photography and videography across weddings, events, and island experiences

Edit and deliver high-quality content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop

Manage projects from client consultation through to final delivery

Build strong relationships with event planners, clients, and internal stakeholders

Maintain and manage professional photography and videography equipment

Create engaging content for marketing, digital, and social media campaigns

Develop creative concepts that strengthen Hamilton Island's visual identity

What we’re looking for
You are a creative professional with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail. You enjoy working with people, thrive in dynamic environments, and have the technical expertise to consistently produce outstanding visual content.

Valid Drivers Licence (Essential)

Minimum 2 years' professional photography and videography experience with a strong focus on weddings

Minimum 2 years' experience using professional editing software

Professional portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work

Expert knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, and audio equipment

Access to professional-standard photography and videography equipment

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

High competency using Mac-based hardware and software

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Current Driver Licence

Excellent communication and project management skills
