The Project Administrator provides essential administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the Property Development team, assisting with the end-to-end delivery of our construction and development portfolios. This multifaceted position involves managing critical project documentation, tracking project lifecycles, and serving as a central point of contact for local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Property Development team and assist Project Managers to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
- International Coordination: Liaise directly with suppliers, manufacturers, and financial institutions in China to facilitate seamless product procurement, supply chain tracking, and loan/finance documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate local and overseas consultants, contractors, service authorities, and councils to maintain fluid project communications.
- Document Control: Prepare, organize, and maintain highly detailed project filing systems, reports, correspondence, planning applications, and council submissions.
- Meetings & Agendas: Schedule critical project meetings, distribute agendas, and accurately record and distribute comprehensive meeting minutes.
- Cost Administration: Process project invoices, generate purchase orders, and meticulously maintain up-to-date project cost records and budget variations.
- Milestone Tracking: Monitor project programmes, authority approvals, and delivery timelines, escalating potential bottlenecks when necessary.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
