Brilliant Boton (Australia) Conveyor Services Pty Ltd provides conveyor services to mining and industrial clients throughout Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to provide practical HR and recruitment support across our operational workforce.
About the Role
This is a broad generalist HR position involving employee relations, recruitment, policy development, performance management, HR compliance and workforce reporting. The role is based in Bibra Lake, with occasional site-based travel within Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice to managers and employees on employment conditions, policies, performance, conduct, attendance, grievances and workplace relations matters.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction activities.
- Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures, employment contracts and related documentation.
- Support probation, performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR information.
- Prepare HR and workforce reports and support workforce planning.
- Assist management with employee relations and performance management processes.
- Liaise with payroll, operational management and other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable workplace legislation and Company requirements.
About You
- A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, employment relations, business or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a generalist HR advisory position.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, the National Employment Standards and contemporary HR practices.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, policy development and performance management.
- Strong written communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience supporting an operational, industrial or medium-sized workforce will be highly regarded.
- The capacity to undertake occasional work-related travel within Western Australia.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
