Job Description
We are looking for AHPRA Registered Psychologists who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services across a diverse and dynamic client base.
This role offers a varied caseload, including:

Early intervention and prevention programs.
-
Workplace wellbeing and organisational partnerships.
-
Medicare-funded services.
-
Community and individual therapy.
You will have the opportunity to work across different referral pathways and settings, providing flexibility and professional variety.
This role can be offered as a part-time [min 2 days] or full-time opportunity. Clinicians must be available to see clients face to face when required. The role may also include hybrid telehealth work as agreed.

About You
We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician who:

Enjoys working across a broad and varied caseload.

Is confident building relationships with local employers and community partners.

Values early intervention, prevention, and holistic care approaches.

An interest in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and/or children and adolescents is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;

Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case mangers and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;

Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Joining our team of mental health professionals is straightforward. But first, you need to meet a few mandatory requirements:

Registered Psychologist with AHPRA;
-
Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation and WorkSafe VIC provider number;
-
You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
-
You want to part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team.

Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
