Our company is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Specialist, who is highly
organised and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. Reporting directly to our
Development Manager. This position will provide the right candidate with a broad scope of
responsibility across project and apartment development marketing, using both paid and
owned media.
Your new role will see you:
- Manage the email marketing schedule, creating and delivering email marketing campaigns.
- Support the implementation of the marketing strategy for the brand and business.
- Overseeing the creation of advertising campaigns that include specialized tasks such as artwork design, copywriting, scripting for media, producing video and photography content, ads production in various channels.
- Analyse the budget monthly and report results of the campaigns to the manager.
- Look for new marketing opportunities to get the maximum exposure to the market within the budget.
- Liaise and make the necessary changes to all the marketing campaigns as the updates and changes arise with the development.
- Continuously research new ideas on how to improve brand recognition and implement them it marketing collaterals.
- Develop events and promotions for existing and prospective buyers to improve customer trust and relationships and increase potential referrals through word of mouth.
- Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms to measure effectiveness and guide future strategies.
- Suggesting updates on digital and print content to enhance search engine metrics,
- and analysing the impact of various marketing channels based on customer engagement and conversion to identify the most effective channels to improve the quality of lead and reduce cost per lead.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make real-time adjustments.
- Overlooking the development, scheduling, and posting of marketing content on social media platforms and websites.
- Prepare reports, analyses and briefs along with general marketing administrative functions.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising campaigns
across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and
others.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, creation, execution, and optimisation of
paid ad campaigns to maximise ROI.
Social Media Strategy: Craft and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy that
aligns with the company's marketing and business objectives.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality, engaging content
tailored for both organic and paid social media campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate detailed
reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Marketing
Manager.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across paid ad campaigns to
ensure maximum ROI.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Manager to ensure cohesive
messaging and integrated campaign execution.
Essential qualifications and skills you’ll bring to the team:
- A bachelor level qualification in marketing or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles.
- You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a marketing specialist or 5 years’ experience if you do not have a relevant qualification.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- A great foundation of advertising copywriting experience, and desire for growth.
- Ability to create, run and analyse Google Analytics (GA4) reports.
- Keen eye for detail and great organisational skills to meet competing deadlines.
- Knowledge of existing email marketing systems, and enthusiasm to seek out and utilise emerging email marketing trends.
- A can-do approach, adaptable and a great multi-tasker.
- Be a great team player with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
