- Co-ordinate the submission of development and construction plans to local authorities, managing approvals and permits to avoid delays to project programmes.
- Oversee the standard and progress of subcontractors' work, conducting regular site inspections and ensuring all works comply with contractual specifications and quality expectations.
- Arrange and manage building inspections by local authorities and certifiers, ensuring all required sign-offs are obtained at the appropriate project milestones.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including progress reports, site diaries, variation registers, and risk logs for internal and client reporting.
- Lead and mentor site-based project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safe work practices across all project activities.
