Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Outs | Adelaide CBD
An established and growing commercial fit-out business is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its project delivery team. With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial interiors, this is an opportunity to join a collaborative team that values professionalism, quality workmanship and strong client relationships.
The Opportunity
This role will see you managing multiple commercial fit-out projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 4–6 sites at varying stages of delivery. Working closely with Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, subcontractors, clients and design professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial fit-out projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure efficient project delivery
- Monitor site safety, quality and project schedules
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
- Maintain project documentation and reporting requirements
- Ensure works are completed to specification, budget and programme
About You
- Previous Site Management experience within the construction industry
- Commercial fit-out experience highly regarded
- Trade background preferred, with Carpentry highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
