Your next career opportunity
In this role, you will lead practical change programs that clarify workforce expectations across the University. You will collaborate with HR, faculties and portfolios to design engaging communications, training and policy support. You will grow your expertise in contemporary change practice within a high-impact Employment Compliance Directorate.
Research change management methodologies, employment and sector trends, gather data and contribute to briefings, reports and submissions on compliance related issues.
You may be a great fit if you:
Hold tertiary qualifications in Change, Communications, HR, business or similar, and bring substantial related experience.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of Prosci , HR policies, procedures, legislation and enterprise agreements, ideally within higher education.
