The Role:
We're on the lookout for a hardworking and reliable kitchen hand to join our production crew.
This is a part-time casual role (2-3 shifts per week) with regular hours (Tuesday to Thursday, 7am - 2pm).
You’ll be hands-on across all areas of production: from food prep and cleaning dishes to bottling, labelling, and packing orders for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repetitive tasks daily
- Assisting with food preparation duties such as: mixing, blending, and packaging
- Working with spicy chillies and hot oil (PPE & training provided)
- Bottling, sealing, and labelling products accurately
- Operating kitchen and production equipment safely
- Keeping the workspace clean and tidy
- Following food safety and quality standards
- Working with the team to meet daily production targets
What we're looking for:
- Previous kitchen experience is essential
- Food production or manufacturing experience is a big plus
- Ability to work quickly, safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and good team spirit
- Eager to learn, be adaptable, and up for a challenge
- Someone who takes ownership and loves hitting goals
- Enjoys consistent and repetitive tasks
