About the Role
As a Barista / All-Rounder, you will be responsible for preparing beverages, serving customers, maintaining store cleanliness, handling transactions, and supporting daily shop operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to a welcoming team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, bubble tea, and other beverages to a high standard
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Support team members with day-to-day store operations
- Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista, café all-rounder, or hospitality worker is an advantage
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing is preferred but not essential
- Food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
