We are seeking a Compliance Assistant to join our Compliance & Incident Management team, within our Risk & Compliance department in Brisbane on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
We are looking for confident, organised, candidates with strong analytical skills and high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a dynamic international environment, gaining exposure to major business transactions.
Our Compliance & Incident Management team plays a crucial role in new business intake and helping the firm apply the standards of a risk-based culture. This role involves assisting the team with a broad range of administrative queries, supporting day-to-day compliance operations, including mailbox management, workflow coordination, and access management.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience working in an office or administrative environment
- Experience managing shared mailboxes or inboxes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems with ease
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
