We are seeking an experienced Security Lead to join a critical Defence program based in Exmouth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting national security outcomes, while leading and shaping site-wide security operations.
In this role, you will act as the central security authority on-site, owning security operations, influencing best practice, and contributing to the maturity of the overall security function.
As Security Lead, you will manage the day-to-day security operations of the site while ensuring compliance with Defence and organisational security frameworks.
You will also play a key role in building security awareness, strengthening processes, and supporting program success through proactive risk management and governance.
You are a proactive and detail-oriented security professional who thrives in complex, high-security environments and enjoys taking ownership of outcomes.
This role is based in a remote, high-security environment, requiring adaptability, resilience, and strong stakeholder collaboration across Defence, government, and international teams.

If you’re looking for a role where you can step into ownership, influence outcomes, and contribute to something bigger, we’d love to hear from you.
