Delour Enterprises Pty Ltd is expanding its residential water meter / manifold replacement operations across Brisbane and South East Queensland. We are looking for practical, reliable and motivated subcontractors who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and want to be paid for completed output.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who likes getting on the tools, is confident working outdoors, does not mind getting their hands dirty, and takes pride in clean, safe and professional workmanship. Previous trade, plumbing, utilities, construction, civil, landscaping, maintenance or labouring experience is highly desired.
Why This Opportunity Is Attractive
· Strong per-install payment structure: $55 soft surface and $110 hard surface.
· Premium rate after 40 completed installations per week: $66 soft surface and $132 hard surface for additional completed installs.
· $750 paid training and induction payment included with the first invoice.

Work Window
Subcontracted work can be performed Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm. This is a completion-based subcontractor opportunity, not an hourly wage role. Payments are made for completed meter / manifold installations.
What You Will Be Doing
· Attend residential sites and complete water meter / manifold replacement tasks.
· Prepare the work area, safely access the meter, complete the replacement and reinstate the site.
· Use power tools and hand tools including cutting, drilling, digging and water control equipment where required.
· Take clear photos and complete job records using your smartphone.
· Leave each site clean, safe and presentable.
· Follow Delour Enterprises requirements, WHS requirements and client/site standards.
Vehicle Requirements
You can either bring your own suitable ute or hire a company ute.
· Own ute: you must provide current registration, insurance, roadworthy/safety certificate where required, and evidence the ute is suitable for work.
· Company ute: hire may be available from $350 per week under a separate vehicle hire and use agreement.
· Fuel is the subcontractor’s responsibility under both options.
Tools Required
· Reciprocating saw
· Grinder
· Hammer drill
· Water vacuum pump / wet vac
· General hand tools
· Shovels/digging tools
· Pipe/fitting tools
· Batteries, chargers, extension leads and consumables for own tools
· PPE and smartphone with reliable mobile internet
Tool kit support may be available at special rates if you do not currently have the full kit.

Performance and Quality
Performance, completion records, quality, safety, conduct and reliability will be monitored. Poor quality, unsafe work, repeated errors, lack of productivity, poor conduct, false claims, property damage or failure to meet company/client standards may result in cancellation of the subcontractor arrangement.
