JTM Ventures Pty Ltd t/a Blue Marlin Fish and Chips is looking for a full-time Chef to join our dynamic team in providing the best dining experience for our patrons. Blue Marlin has evolved into a modern restaurant serving only the highest quality fresh fish, burgers and so much more!

After 7 years, we have created a big family style community in Caroline Springs from having our regulars to having people come from all over Melbourne. We value all our amazing customers at Blue Marlin and wouldn’t be where we are today without them all.
Duties will include:
· Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menu;
· Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Head Chef and Restaurant Manager;
· Ordering food and kitchen supplies;
· Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers;
· Demonstration and training of cooking techniques to employees;
· Preservation of food;
· Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus one year of full time post-qualification experience in the relevant position OR at least 3 years of experience in the relevant position.
