In the role of Business Banking Manager, you’ll join our Professional Services Business Banking team in Brisbane that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
- Independently manage a portfolio of business clients, making decisions within delegated credit and risk authorities.
- Drive revenue growth through acquisition, retention and deepening of client relationships.
- Champion NAB’s customer-obsessed culture, role-modelling behaviours and influencing others to do the same.
- Support customers with lending submissions and applying lending expertise to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Adhere to operational, organisational and regulatory compliance requirements and demonstrating and promoting NAB.
- Adherence to policy and exercise sound judgment when applicable.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience and knowledge of business banking and/or credit assessment.
- A broad knowledge of banking products and services.
- Demonstrated experience working in the banking preferable.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to engage and influence across a wide range of customers.
- Sound knowledge of debt products and deal structuring.
- Completion of a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification (generally CA, PY, ACCA, MBA, CIB) preferred.
