We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, leads with presence, and knows how to create a venue that feels both high energy and deeply connected to its local community.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the driving force of the venue, visible, engaged, and leading from the front every shift.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Manly lifestyle and energy.
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time.
- Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture.
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage labour, COGS, and P&L to deliver strong commercial performance.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
- Build strong connections with the Manly community through local engagement and activations.

- A confident, experienced leader who loves being in the action and understands what great hospitality feels like.
- Commercially aware with experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.
- Natural coach who lifts performance and holds high standards.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
